Security Agent
The incumbent of this position is responsible to ensure that safety and security measures in the hotel are observed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for work Occupational safety and health
- Establish close relations with government bodies such as firefighters, police and civil defense.
- Make a separate time schedule to test the fire and make sure the alarms and fire extinguishers are effective as well.
- Know the raw materials and intermediates, their suitability and hazardous waste and take preventive measures.
- Take precautionary precautions against fire hazards, explosions and natural disasters.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources Department regarding occupational injuries and occupational diseases.
- Analyzing the results of accidents related to work, occupational injuries and occupational diseases and recording them and working to avoid them in the future.
- Train employees to overcome any incident caused by any accident and raise awareness through guided drawings.
- Identification of statistical systems and reports of work injuries.
- Follow up the routine and preventive maintenance measures for fire and explosion protection.
- Training and training firefighting crews everywhere.
- Comprehension and strict adherence to rules and regulations in the Employee Guide and Hotel Policies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment, including oral and written language skills in English; Any additional languages are an advantage.
- Operational knowledge of the role.
- Luxury Hotel Experiences.
- Communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Basic knowledge of Micros is an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality and the European elegance of service.
