• تقديم المساعدة للعملاء بتوفير النماذج لهم وإرشادهم إلي استيفائها والي إعداد المستندات التي ترفق بها.
• الاستعلام وجمع البيانات عن العملاء راغبي الحصول على تمويل من الشركة وكذلك إجراء المعاينات ومناقشة وتقدير الموقف الاقتصادي والمالي للمنشاة والموقف السلوكي لأصحابها للتنبؤ بمدي قدرتهم علي سداد الأقساط واحترامهم للالتزامات التي تترتب علي منح التمويل .
• تقديم التوصيات بشان الموافقة علي طلبات التمويل والمبلغ المقترح الذي يتناسب مع سياسات التمويل والغرض من التمويل وقابلية المنشاة للنمو وكذلك التوصية بمدة السداد.
• مراقبة و متابعة أداء المنشآت بعد صرف التمويل للتأكد من صرف التمويل في الغرض المخصص له.
• القيام بما يسند إليه من أعمال أخري مماثلة
